All orders come with free standard shipping.
All orders need to be completed via our checkout page,
If however, you do encounter any difficulties, please go to this page for contact information and we will be happy to assist you. Whether it’s via credit/debit card or through PayPal, all orders will be held until payment is cleared.
Hazloez UK reserves the right to cancel orders with unverified card accounts and/or those associated with a third party shipping address.
Shipment processing time
We despatch orders daily Monday and Friday, we aim to process and send out every item ordered within 24 hours. However, at times, due to unforeseen circumstances or the month of December, there can be delays to your shipment. In these circumstances we will try to inform you at earliest convenience but hold no obligation towards any direct or indirect loss that might occur.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Hazloez UK does not ship to addresses with P.O box addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hazloez UK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Hazloez UK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you provide picture or video evidence of the damage we will endeavour to assist where we can.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
